SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
​
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Eco Rubber Resources accept for return or exchange items that are in good and new condition, unworn, unaltered and free damages by the customer. Kindly mail out your items within 21 days from the receipt of orginal order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all tags which is still attached and must be in their original packaging.

No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found ( as long as hang tag has not been removed. ) This applies to any products ship with defeats in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us ecorubberresources@gmail.com to approve a return or exchange.
SHIPPING POLICY
REFUND POLICY
Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected,
we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then the refund will be proccessed, and credit will automatically applied to your credit card or orginal method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 working days for us to process the refund.
