This Mat doesn’t need any special or heavy equipment or any certified installation crews. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Porosity Rubber Mats is made from 100% recycled truck tyres crumb rubber mixture with a proprietary and process of combining France binders. Our mat is a durable, prefabcated mat that is delivered and ready to be installed by onsite employees. The thickness of the product is 13 mm - 16 mm, weight 19 kgs - 21 kgs and it also comes in size 1000mm (Wide) x 2200mm (Length).
EASY STEPS TO INSTALL YOURSELF

Porosity Rubber Mats are prefabricated and ready to lay, it only required placement of the preformed mat, the seams of which maybe glued together. The whole process of installment the bunkers of 1500 sq. ft. or more can be installed and ready for sand play in about 1 hour and 30 mins.
Shape and clean the bunker from sands and dirt

Start at highest center point of bunker rolling
down into
the bunker
Hand watering is similarly effective in helping keep
the bunkers in proper bowl shape.
This is a hugely
important factor as it encourages the golf ball
landing in the bunker to roll away from face
towards the middle.
Butt each consecutive piece against each other as
you work across the bunker. As you get a few pieced
out another person can start gluing process.
Please take note that you may butt up against the edge or go over the top under the turf depending on your type of turf.
Finally bunker is covering with sand and is
ready to go.
